The installation and configuration of laboratory benches constitute an integral part of laboratory renovation and construction. Thickness Requirement of Laboratory Bench Countertop
Solid phenolic resin board thickness: ≥12.7mm
1. Chemical and Physical Properties of Materials
Random sampling and inspection shall be conducted in accordance with general test methods for wood-based panels and surfaced wood-based panels.
Graded testing shall be performed with 45 kinds of strong acid and strong alkaline chemical reagents, including sulfuric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formaldehyde solution, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, ethyl acetate, magnesium oxide, ammonium hydroxide, saturated potassium dichromate solution, etc.
2. Physical Performance Indicators
Tested in accordance with the standard for high-pressure decorative laminates impregnated with thermosetting resin paper, all physical properties shall meet or exceed standard requirements:
Resistance to boiling water, dry heat resistance, contamination resistance against sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, and cigarette burn resistance all reach Grade 5 with no surface changes;
Crack resistance test (70℃, 24 hours): Grade 5 with no surface cracks;
Impact resistance (324g drop from 1m height): No surface cracks;
Surface wear resistance: ≥760 revolutions;
Tensile strength: 95.9 MPa;
Scratch resistance: Grade 1, no continuous circular scratches under 1.5N load.
Compliant with international maritime fire safety regulations; the maximum total calorific value of the material ≤ 45MJ/m², with qualified low flame spread performance.
Tested per universal panel performance test standards; volume resistance reaches 9.8×10⁸ Ω, with excellent antistatic performance.
Inspected and approved by authoritative metal chemical testing institutions in accordance with international rail vehicle material environmental protection and safety standards.
3. Environmental Protection Performance
Lead content complies with international consumer product safety test standards:
Lead content of contact ink: 0.002%;
Lead content of laminated materials: 0.002% (standard limit ≤ 0.01% W/W).
Formaldehyde emission of wood-based panel materials meets international indoor decoration material E1-level environmental protection standard requirements.
Volatile organic compound test indicators:
VOC concentration ≤ 0.004mg/m³;
Formaldehyde concentration ≤ 0.004ppm;
Total aldehyde concentration ≤ 0.004ppm;
Phenylcyclohexene < 0.001mg/m³;
No monomer non-methane hydrocarbons detected.
All indicators pass the inspection of international authoritative institutions, with official test reports available.
Tested in accordance with international light fastness and environmental protection detection specifications: light fastness Grade 4-5; formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.005mg/m³; TVOC ≤ 0.09mg/m²·h. All test reports are accredited by CMA and CNAS certification bodies.
4. Antibacterial Performance
Tested by SGS in accordance with ISO 22196:2011 international antibacterial test standard, the material delivers outstanding antibacterial effect:
Antibacterial activity value against Escherichia coli: 6.6
Antibacterial activity value against Staphylococcus aureus: 6.2
5. After-sales Service Guarantee
