Activity shelf: Made of 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, it is formed by stamping and welded with U-shaped reinforcing plates. The surface undergoes acid washing, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating treatment (fixed at 180 degrees for high-temperature curing), featuring resistance to acid and alkali, moisture-proof, and other functions; the height between the shelves can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Hinges: Utilize laboratory-specific high-strength nylon hinges, which possess excellent properties such as resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, strong load-bearing capacity, capable of supporting over 75kg, wear resistance, no rust, etc., and can withstand over 50,000 opening cycles without damage. They are noiseless, do not rebound, and do not break.
Handles: Use aluminum alloy one-shaped handles, which are aesthetically pleasing and designed with humanization; they are molded and the surface undergoes epoxy resin high-voltage electrostatic powder coating treatment, resistant to corrosion.
Footings: Use stainless steel and nylon combined integral footings, featuring resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, anti-slip and shock absorption, adjustable height from 30mm to 50mm, with dust-proof covers.
Screws: Use nylon and stainless steel screws, which are firm, of high quality, and both beautiful and durable.
